Date of adoption: 23-01-2019 Start date | 04-02-2019 Ending date | 03-01-2020 Total eligible cost | 10.000 EUR European Union financial support | ERDF - 7,500 EUR Objectives: The present application is for the hiring of a specialized company accredited for the elaboration of Diagnosis and definition of actions associated with circular economy and implementation of solutions and environmental management system according to the ISO 14001 standard. Activities: • Creation of a Diagnosis of opportunities based on the current analysis of the organization with a view to defining a set of actions associated to the concept of circular economy to strengthen its positioning and yet increase its competitiveness based on sustainable production • Acquisition of a consulting service to implement the actions identified in the Diagnostic Report, aligned with Erofio Atlântico's strategy of implementing an Environmental Management System according to ISO 14001 Expected Results / achieved: * Increase their competitiveness and improve their performance by strengthening their internal competencies and valencies that can be identified by the consultant in order to minimize the use of resources for as long as possible. * Diagnose the minimization of resource extraction, maximize reuse, increase efficiency and develop new business models stipulated with principles of material reduction, reuse, recovery and recycling of materials and energy. * Definition of a Strategy for the Circulating Economy with the realization of Action Plans for Sustainable Consumption and Production.
